KP2 GmbH and LMS Leadership have signed a cooperation contract - Efficient sales consultancy and field-tested Miller Heiman Sales Tools on a European base

KP2 GmbH, a German based consulting firm focusing on sales performance and sales excellence, is expanding its partner network into the Spanish market. With LMS Leadership, as KP2 GmbH partner of the Miller Heiman network, the ideal partner was identified to further develop the Spanish market and grow as a Pan-European sales consulting organisation.

The recent high prestige nomination of KP2 as “Best of Consulting 2010” in the category Sales and Marketing by Germany’s number 1 weekly economic magazine “Wirtschaftswoche” motivated KP2 to expand its services into the European market and offer the national best in class services on an international level. To keep performance in a wider geographical area, the strategy is, to cooperate with local high performing consulting firms. Think local - act global is the theme of KP2’s expansion strategy.

LMS Leadership located in Madrid was founded in September 2004 by Luis Miguel Sáiz. As a professor of ESIC Business School for Executive MBAs and Commercial and Marketing Management, he has more than 29 years of experience in sales and in leading management positions. LMS consists of six sales consultants focusing on the financial and insurance industry, pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics, IT and hi-tech industry, transportation and automotive logistics, energy and utilities as well as HR consulting and business Services. Repsol YPF, Indra, BT, Recall, Experian, Novartis, CESCE, Atos Origin, Lease Plan, Infojobs, and Daemon Quest count to their customer base.

KP2 GmbH and LMS Leadership will jointly offer the full services and tools of KP2 and Miller Heiman, the world leading company in Sales Performance Development. Miller Heiman based consulting services have helped ten-thousands of companies in B2B sales to optimize their sales organisations. The biggest potential of organisational and performance improvement still lies in the sales departments. KP2 and LMS will help European based companies to bring more transparency, productivity and excellence to their sales organisations. KP2 has most recently expanded its partner network to France, Italy, the Netherland, Scandinavia, Ireland, Czech Republic as well as Turkey.
