what the potential customer really wants to achieve. Sometimes customers deliberately push us into this situation with a tender or RFQ process. In both cases we give away the possibility to identify our strength and the added value we could provide to the customer and lose the chance to use this knowledge in our selling process. We will present and discuss possibilities how to avoid a sales call getting solely focussed on price while giving away our potential differentiators for free.
